Payment Policy - A credit card will be required at check-in. If you are wishing to prepay for the room please request a link to our secure payment form. This form must be completed 72-hours prior to your arrival for processing purposes. 

Cancellation Policy - In the event you do not activate your reservation by midnight, and you do not cancel at least 72 hours before scheduled date of arrival, one night's room rate and applicable taxes will be charged to your credit card.

Hotel Service Fee (HSF) is *$13.95 per room, per night. It includes guest room internet access, morning coffee in Peabody Deli & Desserts (6:30am until 10am), bottled water in room, press reader with over 3,000 choices of daily periodicals, local and 1-800 calls, and Athletic Club and pool access.

Room Tax - Includes a combined sales tax and occupancy tax, plus $2.00 per room, per night Tourism Improvement Fee.
